The full details of the soundtrack album for the psychological crime thriller Primetime have been announced. The album features the film’s original score composed by Ari Balouzian (Some Kind of Heaven, Monsters of God, Ren Faire, Atropia, You Can See Everything, Spermworld). Also included is the original end title song On Video written and performed by Grammy Award-winning singer/songwriter Phoebe Bridgers who also made her acting debut in the movie. The soundtrack will be released digitally on September 25 by A24 Music. As previously reported, a first track (Savior) from Balouzian’s score has already been released today. Primetime is directed by Lance Oppenheim and stars Robert Pattinson, Merritt Wever, Skyler Gisondo, Matthew Maher and Bokeem Woodbine. The movie is set in 2006, on the eve of the iPhone and the collapse of “appointment television,” and follows To Catch a Predator host Chris Hansen as he sets out to make television history. The thriller premiered last week at the 2026 Venice Film Festival and will be released in theaters nationwide on September 25 by A24.
