Christopher Bear (of the rock band Grizzly Bear) (Past Lives, Roofman, High Maintenance, Carolina Caroline, Mother, Couch, Fantasy Life, Omaha, Swallowed, The Passenger) is the composer of the new Adult Swim original series The Terrors of Jordan Mendoza. The show is created by Mendoza himself and follows a very scared man as he navigates a barrage of absurd, terrifying, and hilarious dreamscapes. The horror sketch comedy’s guest star lineup includes Thomas Lennon, Marc Maron, Fred Melamed, Haley Joel Osment, Wanda Sykes, Randall Park, Eva Victor and Steve Buscemi. Mendoza is also executive producing the Avalon production with Aaron Brown, David Martin and Jonathan Stern (Wet Hot American Summer: Ten Years Later, A Futile and Stupid Gesture). The Terrors of Jordan Mendoza will premiere this Sunday, September 13 on Adult Swim.
Bear also continues to score FX’s Adults, which just returned for its second season last month.
