Platoon will release a new soundtrack album for the Apple TV original series Silo. The album features selections of the original music from the show’s third season composed by Emmy Award nominee Atli Örvarsson (The Hitman’s Bodyguard, Defending Jacob, Vantage Point, The Edge of Seventeen, Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters, Rams, The Eagle). The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, July 3. The streaming/download link will be added to this article soon. The label has previously released two albums featuring the composer’s score from Season 1 (back in 2023) and Season 2 (in 2024). Silo is created by Graham Yost based on Hugh Howey’s trilogy of dystopian novels and stars Rebecca Ferguson, Common, Harriet Walter, Ashley Zukerman, Chinaza Uche, Jessica Henwick, Avi Nash, Alexandria Riley, Remmie Milner, Shane McRae, Rick Gomez, Laura Innes, Billy Postlethwaite, Jessica Brown Findlay, Clare Perkins, Morven Christie, Reed Birney and Matt Craven, as well as Colin Hanks & Steve Zahn. Season 3 of the sci-fi drama, which tells the story of the last ten thousand people on earth, will premiere tomorrow exclusively on Apple TV. A fourth and final season is in the works.
