Netflix Music has released a soundtrack album for the streamer’s original documentary A Gorilla Story: Told by David Attenborough. The album features the film’s original music composed by Patrick Jonsson (The Boogeyman, Scrapper, Black Earth Rising, The White Helmets, The Lost Children, Wildcat, Virunga, On Her Shoulders) & Richard Collins (Heart of Invictus, Secret Amazon: Into the Wild). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Also listen to two tracks from the composers’ score after the jump. A Gorilla Story: Told by David Attenborough is directed by James Reed and follows the legendary veteran naturalist as he tells the story of a remarkable group of gorillas, from his first encounter in the ’70s to the present day. The Silverback Films production waves together contemporary and archival footage of the gorilla group and narrated by Attenborough – including excerpts from his 1978 journals. The documentary is premiering today exclusively on Netflix.
