22D Music has released a soundtrack EP for the Belgian/Dutch drama Julian. The 5-track EP features the film’s original score composed by Evgueni Sacha Galperine (The UndoingBaby Reindeer, RadioactiveScenes from a Marriage, Kraven the HunterLoveless, Wizard of Lies, The Family). Also included is the song Can’t You Feel My Heart Beating written and performed by Justine Bourgeus. Julian is co-written and directed by Cato Kusters and stars Nina Meurisse and Laurence Roothooft. The movie is based on Fleur Pierets’ memoir of the same name and follows two women who fall madly in love and decide to get married in every country where they’re allowed to do so. The drama, which premiered at last year’s Toronto International Film Festival, opened in Belgian theaters last October and is being released in French theaters today. Strand Releasing has picked up domestic distribution rights for a release in the U.S. later this year.
