Skybound Music has released a soundtrack album for the Swedish Prime Video original serie Vaka. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Atli Örvarsson (Silo, The Hitman’s Bodyguard, Vantage Point, Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters, Defending Jacob, The Eagle) and Kjartan Holm & Sin Fang (Fatherhood, The Darkness). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon and most other major digital music services. Also listen to the composers’ “intro” track after the jump. Vaka is created by Brynja Björk and stars Jonas Karlsson, Aliette Opheim, Malte Gårdinger and Gizem Erdogan. The 6-part thriller directed by Henrik Georgsson centers on the survival of Stockholm’s population when an epidemic of insomnia sweeps the city, turning everyone’s lives into a waking nightmare. The series premiered in Swedish last Friday on Prime Video.
