Sparks & Shadows has released new soundtrack album for the Apple TV+ original series Foundation. The album features selections of the original music from the show’s third season composed by Bear McCreary (Godzilla: King of the Monsters, The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power, The Walking Dead, 10 Cloverfield Lane, Battlestar Galactica, Outlander) who has provided the themes and his Sparks & Shadows team. The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. The label has previously released an album featuring the composers’ score from Season 2 in 2023, while Lakeshore Records has released the soundtrack for Season 1 back in 2021. Foundation is developed by David S. Goyer & Josh Friedman based on Isaac Asimon’s sci-fi novels and stars Jared Harris, Lee Pace, Lou Llobell, Cherry Jones, Alexander Siddig, Synnøve Karlsen, Troy Kotsur, Brandon P. Bell, Cody Fern, Tómas Lemarquis, Laura Birn, Terrence Mann, Cassian Bilton, Rowena King and Pilou Asbæk. The third season of the Skydance Television production will premiere this Friday, July 11 on Apple TV+.
