WaterTower Music will release a soundtrack album for the supernatural horror sequel The Nun II. The album features the film’s original music composed by Acadey Award nominee Marco Beltrami (3:10 to Yuma, A Quiet Place, Scream, Ford v. Ferrari, Logan, The Hurt Locker). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, September 1 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. The Nun II is directed by Michael Chaves and stars Taissa Farmiga (who returns as Sister Irene), Jonas Bloquet, Storm Reid, Anna Popplewell and Bonnie Aarons. The New Line Cinema production is set in 1956, France as a priest is murdered and evil is spreading and follows Irene as she once again comes face-to-face with the demon nun Valak.The movie will open in theaters nationwide next Friday, September 8 by Warner Bros. Pictures
