Arthur Sharpe (The Electrical Life of Louis Wain, Ghosts, Guilt, Landscapers, Flowers, Dreamland) is the composer of the new BBC drama The Following Events Are Based on a Pack of Lies. The show is created by Penelope Skinner (How I Live Now) & Ginny Skinner and stars Marianne Jean-Baptiste, Alistair Petrie, Rebekah Stato, Romola Garai and Derek Jacobi. The 5-part thriller tells the story of two very different women and the conman they have in common. Penelope & Ginny Skinner are also executive producing the SISTER production with Naomi de Pear (This is Going to Hurt, The Power), Lydia Hampson (Fleabag), Alice Tyler, Jo McClellan (Rain Dogs, The Tunnel) and Nawfal Faizullah (The Tourist, Silent Witness). The Following Events Are Based on a Pack of Lies will premiere in the UK this Tuesday, August 29, on BBC One.
