Hannah Peel (Rogue Agent, Midwinter Break, Saccharine, Bring Them Down, Insomnia,  Scoop, The Midwich Cuckoos, Game of Thrones: The Last Watch, Silent Roar, Underland, The Deceived) has been tapped to score the upcoming Netflix original series Assassin’s Creed. The show is created by Roberto Patino (DMZ, Westworld) & David Wiener (Halo, Brave New World) based on the video game franchise of the same title and stars Lola Petticrew, Toby Wallace, Zachary Hart, Laura Marcus, Nabhaan Rizwan, Tanzyn Crawford, Claes Bang,Noomi Rapace, Sean Harris, Ramzy Bedia and Corrado Invernizzi. No plot details have been announced yet for the live-action series, which will tell an original story set in the heart of the Roman Empire. Patino & Wiener are also executive producing the Ubisoft Film & Television production with Gerard Guillemot (Splinter Cell: Deathwatch), Margaret Boykin (Werewolves Within), Austin Dill (Mythic Quest), Genevieve Jones (Side Quest) and Matt O’Toole (The Witcher, The Hitman’s Bodyguard). Assassin’s Creed is expected to premiere next year on Netflix. (Variety)
