Nicolas Rabaeus (Sing Me a Song, Riviere, Thunder, Last Dance, The Land Within) has released a soundtrack album for the French documentary Gabin. The album features the composer’s original score from the film and is now available to stream/download on Amazon and most other major digital music services. Gabin directed by Maxence Voiseux is set in Nothern France and follows the titular boy’s journey fro age 8 to 18, as he finds himself destined to take over his father’s butcher shop, but dreams to train a contest cow, to become a dog breeder, and to save his mother’s farm from financial ruin. The movie just premiered last week at this year’s Cannes Directors’ Fortnight. No release date has been announced yet.
