Dominic Lewis (Bullet Train, The Fall Guy, Peter Rabbit, The Man in the High Castle, Karate Kid: Legends, Money Monster, Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween, Dope Thief, Spirited) has teamed up with Daniel Futcher (My Adventures with Superman) to compose the music for the upcoming Netflix original film Thrash. The movie is directed by Tommy Wirkola (Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters, Dead Snow) and stars Phoebe Dynevor, Whitney Peak and Djimon Hounsou. The thriller takes place after a catastrophic hurricane slams a coastal town and follows a group of stranded residents who must survive rapidly rising waters swarming with ravenous sharks. Hyperbole Adam McKay (Succession, The Big Short) is producing the project with Kevin Messick (Vice, Daddy’s Home 2). Lewis has previously collaborated with Wirkola on 2022’s Violent Night. Thrash will premiere on April 10, 2026 exclusively on Netflix.
Lewis also continues to score Apple TV’s Your Friends & Neighbors, which will return for its second season on April 3.
