Marco Beltrami (Scream, Logan3:10 to Yuma,, Ford v. Ferrari,  A Quiet PlaceThe Hurt LockerHellboy, The Wolverine) has provided the original score for the upcoming Netflix original documentary The Truth and Tragedy of Moriah Wilson. The film is directed by Marina Zenovich (Lance, Robin Williams: Come Inside My Mind) and centers on cyclist Moriah Wilson whose singular drive becomes her superpower, carrying her to athletic brilliance and, devastatingly, toward a life cut short by murder. The movie explores the impact of this devastating crime on those who knew and loved Mo: her family, friends, and colleagues. Evan Hayes (Becoming Cousteau) is producing the project. Beltrami has previously scored the Hayes-produced documentaries Free Solo and The Way I See It (with Buck Sanders & Brandon Roberts). The Truth and Tragedy of Moriah Wilson will premiere next month at the 2026 SXSW Film Festival before making its streaming debut later this year on Netflix.

Beltrami’s other recent projects include Kevin Williamson’s Scream 7, which will be released in theaters on February 27.
