Premiering on Wednesday, December 17, is the British Netflix original documentary Murder in Monaco directed by Hodges Usry about the mysterious murder of billionaire banker, Edmond Safra who died at his penthouse in Monaco, 1999. The film’s original music is composed by Nainita Desai (Nautilus, The Deepest Breath, For Sama, The Tower, The Reason I Jump, Tales of Kenzera: ZAU, The Wild Ones, Crossfire, Funny Woman, Limitless with Chris Hemsworth, Secrets of the Penguins, The Contestant). The movie, which features new interviews, expert testimony and archival footage to examine the case, will be available to stream exclusively on Netflix.
Premiering on Friday, December 19, is the Apple TV original documentary series Born to Be Wild narrated by Hugh Bonneville and executive produced by Lucy van Beek for Tailfeather Productions and Alex Williamson & Isla Robertson for Offspring Films. David Schweitzer (Emma, The Afterparty, The Reluctant Traveler, Sanditon, Sherlock & Daughter, Our Great National Parks, Victoria Beckham, Tsunami: Race Against Time, World War II: From the Frontline) has composed the show’s original music. The 6-part wildlife life series, which follows six endangered young animals as they grow up in our world but are destined to return to theirs, will be available to stream exclusively on Apple TV.
