Dara Taylor (Strays, Barb and Star Go to Vista Del Mar, The Tender Bar, The Invitation, Meet Me Next Christmas, Echo Boomers, The Noel Diary) is scoring Marvel’s upcoming Disney+ original series Ironheart. The show is developed by Chinaka Hodge and stars Dominique Thorne, Anthony Ramos, Lyric Ross, Alden Ehrenreich, Manny Montana, Regan Aliyah, Matthew Elam and Anji White. The Marvel Television production revolves around Riri Williams, a young, genius inventor (introduced in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever) who is determined to make her mark on the world as she returns to her hometown of Chicago, where she finds herself wrapped up with the mysterious yet charming Parker Robbins aka “The Hood.” Hodge is also executive producing the project with Kevin Feige (Avengers: Endgame, Deadpool & Wolverine), Louis D’Esposito (Loki, WandaVision), Brad Winderbaum (Daredevil: Born Again, X-Men ’97), Zoie Nagelhout, as well as Proximity Media’s Ryan Coogler, Sev Ohanian & Zinzi Coogler (Sinners). Ironheart will premiere on June 24 exclusively on Disney+.
