Milan Records will release a soundtrack album for the documentary Ocean with David Attenborough. The album features the film’s original music composed by Academy Award winner Steven Price (Gravity, Our Planet, Fury, Last Night in Soho, Baby DriverOver the Moon, The Aeronauts, Suicide Squad, Dolphin Reef, The World’s End). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, May 8 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Ocean with David Attenborough is directed by Toby Nowlan, Keith Scholey & Colin Butfield and presented/authored by the 98-year-old broadcaster who draws on his lifetime of exploration and knowledge of the sea to take to take the audience on a journey of wonder through the planet’s most spectacular undersea habitats. The movie highlights the vital, achievable actions the world can take to restore the ocean and stabilize the climate. The Silverback Films production will be released theatrically in several markets (including the UK) tomorrow and will debut in the U.S. on June 7 on National Geographic before making its streaming debut on Disney+ and Hulu the following day (World Oceans Day).
