Quartet Records has announced the world premiere soundtrack release for the 1983 comedy drama Class directed by Lewis John Carlino and starring Rob Lowe, Jacqueline Bisset, Andrew McCarthy, Cliff Robertson, John Cusack, Virginia Madsen, Lolita Davidovich and Casey Siemaszko. The album features the film’s original score from the Orion Pictures production composed and conducted by Academy Award winner Elmer Bernstein (To Kill a MockingbirdThe Magnificent Seven, Ghostbusters,  AirplaneFar from Heaven, The Age of Innocence), as well as several source cues and bonus tracks. The CD, which is limited to 1,000 copies, is now available to order on the label’s official website, where you can also listen to audio samples and find out more about the release. Class is now available on VOD, Blu-ray and DVD.
