Sumerian Records has released a soundtrack album for the biographic sports drama Queen of the Ring. The album features ten songs from the movie by artists such as Corey Taylor feat. Bad Omens, Lanie Gardner, Zoe Wees, Larkin Poe, Des Rocs, Zhavia & others. The film’s composer Aaron Gilhuis produced several of the tracks. The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon and most other major digital music services. Also listen to the first couple of songsĀ tracks after the jump. Queen of the Ring is co-written and directed by Ash Avildsen and stars Emily Bett, Josh Lucas, Tyler Posey, Francesca Eastwood, Deborah Ann Woll, Marie Avgeropolous, Cara Buono, Gavin Casalegno, Martin Kove, Adam Demos, Damaris Lewis, Kelli Berglund, Kailey “Kamille” Latimer, Toni “Storm” Rossall and Walton Goggins. The movie is based on the book of the same title by Jeff Leen and the life story of Mildred Burke, a small town single mother who embraces the danger to change culture as she dominates women pro wrestling to become the first million dollar female athlete in history. The drama is opening in theaters this weekend.
