The movie revolves around an 18 year old who is thrust into the unexpected role of looking after his younger sister and their failing family farm after the tragic death of his father and assumes even more responsibility when he enters a cash competition for the best Comte cheese made in this western part of the French Alps. The drama premiered at last year’s Cannes Film Festival and was released in French theaters in December. Zeitgeist Films has picked up domestic distribution rights for a release in select U.S. theaters on March 28.
