Lakeshore Records will release a soundtrack album for the British biographical drama Lee. The album features the film’s original music composed by Academy Award winner Alexandre Desplat and Marion Cotillard. The film’s original music is composed by Alexandre Desplat (The Shape of Water, The Grand Budapest Hotel, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, The King’s Speech, The Queen, Godzilla). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, February 7 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Lee is directed by Ellen Kuras and stars Kate Winslet, Josh O’Connor, Andrea Riseborough, Andy Samberg, Alexander Skarsgård and Marion Cotillard. The movie tells the true story of photographer Elizabeth ‘Lee’ Miller, a fashion model who became an acclaimed war correspondent for Vogue magazine during World War II. The drama, which premiered at the 2023 Toronto International Film Festival, was released in U.S. theaters last September by Roadside Attractions & Vertical and is now available on VOD.
