Dragon’s Domain Records has announced the world premiere soundtrack release for the 1979 television movie Gold of the Amazon Women directed by Mark L. Lester and starring Bo Svenson, Anita Ekberg, Donald Pleasence, Bob Minor and Richard Romanus. The album features the film’s original music composed by Golden Globe nominee Gil Mellé (The Andromeda Strain, Borderline, The SentinelNight GalleryThe Organization). The CD, which is limited to 500 copies, is now available to order on the label’s official website, where you can also listen to audio samples and find out more about the release. A digital release is also expected in the coming weeks. Gold of the Amazon Women premiered in March of 1979 on NBC and is now available to purchase on DVD.
