Hollywood Records has released the original song A Friend Like Me from the Hulu original movie Mr. Crocket. The track written by the film’s composer Alex Winkler (Molli and Max in the Future, The Girl Who Left Home), featuring lyrics by director Brandon Espy and performed by actor Elvis Nolasco (who stars in the title role) and is now available to stream/download on all major digital music services, including Amazon. Also listen to the song after the jump. Mr. Crocket is co-written and directed by Espy and also stars Jerrika Hinton, Ayden Gavin, Kristolyn Lloyd and Alex Akpobome. The movie takes place after a mysterious children’s show host magically emerges from television sets to kidnap young children and follows one determined mother who embarks on a perilous quest to track down the demonic entertainer and rescue her boy. The film premiered last month and is now available to stream on Hulu.
