Hollywood Records will release the official soundtrack album for the sci-fi horror movie Alien: Romulus. The album features the film’s original music composed by Benjamin Wallfisch (It, Twisters, Blade Runner 2049, Shazam!, The Flash, Hidden Figures, The Invisible Man). The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, August 16 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Listen to the composer’s first two tracks below. A physical version featuring six bonus tracks will be released by Mutant and will be available to order on the same day. Alien: Romulus is directed by Fede Alvarez and stars Cailee Spaeny, David Jonsson, Isabela Merced, Archie Renaux, Aileen Wu and Spike Fearn. The seventh installment in the Alien franchise follows a group of young space colonizers as they come face to face with the most terrifying life form in the universe while scavenging the deep ends of a derelict space station.
