Instant Karma Classics has released a soundtrack album for the documentary My Name Is Alfred Hitchcock. The album features the film’s original score composed by Donna McKevitt (The Swimming Diaries, The Fold). My Name Is Alfred Hitchcock is directed by Mark Cousins and examines the Vertigo & Psycho director’s vast body of work, exploring his themes, techniques, and obsessions – using actor and impressionist Alistair McGowan to portray Hitchcock in voiceover. The documentary, which premiered at the 2022 Telluride Film Festival, was released in the UK last summer and in other international markets in the following months. Cohen Media Group has picked up U.S. distribution rights for the movie, which is currently awaiting a domestic release date.
