Netflix Music will release a soundtrack album for the Japanese Netflix original series Tokyo Swindlers. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Takkyu Ishino (of the Japanese electronic music group Denki Groove) who has made his television scoring debut on the project. The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, July 25 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Also listen to Ishino’s main theme below. Tokyo Swindlers is based on the novel of the same title by Ko Shinjo and stars Go Ayano, Etsushi Toyokawa, Kazuki Kitamura, Pierre Taki, Eiko Koike and Shota Sometani. The 7-part crime thriller written and directed by Hitoshi One revolves around a team of swindlers who get wind of prime real estate worth 10 billion yen and will stop at nothing to pull off their most ambitious scam yet. The series will premiere tomorrow exclusively on Netflix.
