Premiering in the U.S. tomorrow is the British series After the Flood created by Mick Ford and starring Sophie Rundle, Philip Glenister, Lorraine Ashbourne, Jonas Armstrong, Nicholas Gleaves, Matt Stokoe, Anita Adam Gabay and Jacqueline Boatswain. The show’s original music is composed by Blair Mowat (Nolly, ClassDoctor Jekyll, McDonald & Dodds, The Amazing Mr. BlundenElectric Man). Premiering in the U.S. on Tuesday, May 14, is the British series The Killing Kind written by Zara Hayes & Jonathan Stewart based on the novel of the same title by Jane Casey and starring Emma Appleton, Colin Morgan, Elliot Barnes-Worrell, Olivia D’Lima, Kerr Logan and Sara Powell. Samuel Sim (The Dark Crystal: Age of ResistanceThe Spanish Princess, MaryLand, The Bay, Anne, The Long Call, The HalcyonHome Fires) has composed the show’s original music. The 6-part thriller, which follows a barrister who her client against stalking charges, only for him to turn on her, premiered in the UK last year on Paramount+ and is making its domestic debut on Hulu.

Premiering on Thursday, May 16, is the second season of the Prime Video original series Outer Range created by Brian Watkins and starring Josh Brolin, Imogen Poots, Lewis Pullman, Lili Taylor, Tom Pelphrey, Tamara Podemski, Shaun Sipos, Isabel Arraiza, Noah Reid and Olive Abercrombie. Wendy Lisa (Heroes, Dangerous MindsNurse Jackie, True Story, Crossing Jordan, Firefly Lane) are the new composers of the show, taking over from Danny Bensi & Saunder Jurriaans who previously scored Season 1. Premiering in the U.S. on Friday, May 17, is the Danish psychological thriller Nightwatch: Demons Are Forever (Nattevagten – Dæmoner går i arv)  written and directed by Ole Bornedal and starring Fanny Bornedal, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau and Kim Bodnia. The film’s original music is composed by Ceiri Torjussen (The Canal, Jack Goes Home, The BombardmentAmerican Night, Delhi Crime, All Creatures Here Below). Wenallt Records and Perseverance Records have released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score in recent months.
