Nitin Sawhney (The Namesake, Mowgli: Legend of the Jungle, What’s Love Got to Do With It?, Breathe, Lila Says, Traitors, A Girl from Mogadishu) has composed the original music for the new Disneynature documentary Tiger. The film is directed by Mark Linfield (Penguins, Monkey Kingdom), co-directed by Vanessa Berlowitz (Elephant, Queens) & Rob Sullivan and lifts the veil on our planet’s most revered and charismatic animal. The movie narrated by Priyanka Chopra Jonas follows Ambar, a young tigress raising her cubs in the fabled forests of India. Linfield & Berlowitz are also producing the project with Roy Conli (Big Hero 6, Tangled). Tiger will premiere on Earth Day, April 22 exclusively on Disney+. A soundtrack album featuring Sawhney’s score will be released on the same day.
