Opening in theaters nationwide this weekend is the supernatural horror thriller Night Swim written and directed by Bryce McGuire and starring Wyatt Russell, Kerry Condon, Amélie Hoeferle and Gavin Warren. The film’s original music is composed by Mark Korven (The Black Phone, The Witch, The Lighthouse, Cube, Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City, The Peripheral). Back Lot Music has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score today. Opening in select theaters and on VOD today is the action thriller The Bricklayer directed by Renny Harlin and starring Aaron Eckhart, Nina Dovrev, Tim Blake Nelson, Clifton Collins Jr. and Ilfenesh Hadera. Walter Mair (Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III, Formula 1: Drive to Survive, Till Death, Liaison, The Same Sky, Ronaldo, Cuffs) has composed the film’s original music. A soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score is in the works. Also opening in select theaters and on VOD today is the sports drama Race for Glory: Audi vs. Lancia co-written and directed by Stefano Mordini and starring Riccardo Scamarcio, Daniel Brühl. Esther Garrel, Volker Bruch, Katie Clarkson-Hill, Gianmaria Martini, Giorgio Montanini and Haley Bennett.. The film’s original music is composed by Italian songwriter/music producer Andrea Venerus who has made his scoring debut on the project. No word on a soundtrack release.
