Amazon Content Services has released the original song Wounded Heart from the Amazon original documentary Silver Dollar Road. The track is written and performed by Kenyan singer/songwriter Ondara and is now available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Also listen to the full song. Silver Dollar Road directed by Raoul Peck is based on the 2019 ProPublica article and follows the story of the Reels family who are valiantly attempting to protect the land their family bought one generation after slavery. The Alexei Aigui-scored documentary, which premiered at this year’s Toronto International Film Festival, was released in select theaters earlier this month and is now available to stream on Prime Video.
