Ala Bianca Records has released a soundtrack album for the animated feature No Dogs or Italians Allowed (Manodopera / Interdit aux chiens et aux Italiens). The album features the film’s original music composed by Academy Award winner Nicola Piovani (Life Is Beautiful, The Best Years, The Tiger and the Snow, Pinocchio, The Traitor, Hungry Hearts). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download here, where you can also check out the track list. Also listen to the composer’s title track below. No Dogs or Italians Allowed is co-written and directed by Alain Ughetto and tells the story of his grandparents who relocated from a mountain village in Italy to France in the first half of the 20th century. The stop-motion animated movie premiered at last year’s Annecy Film Festival and opened in French theaters in early 2023 and in Italy this past summer. No word yet on a domestic release.
