The details of the first soundtrack album for Marvel Studios’ Disney+ limited series Secret Invasion have been revealed. The album features selections of the original music from the first three episodes of the show composed by Emmy Award nominee Kris Bowers (Bridgerton, Haunted Mansion, Green Book, King Richard, Space Jam: A New Legacy, Chevalier, Dear White People). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, July 12 by Marvel Music & Hollywood Records and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. A second album featuring the composer’s score from the final three episodes is expected to come out in a few weeks. Secret Invasion is developed by Kyle Bradstreet and stars Samuel L. Jackson, Ben Mendelsohn, Emilia Clarke, Olivia Colman, Martin Freeman, Cobie Smulders, Kingsley Ben-Adir, Charlayne Woodard, Samuel Adewunmi, Killian Scott, Dermot Mulroney, Katie Finneran, Christopher McDonald and Don Cheadle. The 6-parter follows Nick Fury as he learns of a clandestine invasion of Earth by a faction of shapeshifting Skrulls and – together with his allies – races against time to thwart the imminent invasion and save humanity. The first three episodes are now available to stream and three more episodes will debut over the next couple of weeks on Disney+.
