Madison Gate Records has released a soundtrack album for the Finnish action epic Sisu. The album features the film’s original music composed by Juri Seppä (Big Game, Rare Exports) & Tuomas Wäinölä (Class Reunion 3, Nymphs). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on any major digital music services overseas. Visit the British Apple Music store to listen to audio samples. No word yet on a domestic release. Sisu is written and directed by Jalmari Helander and stars Jorma Tommila, Aksel Hennie, Mimosa Willamo, Jack Doolan and Onni Tommila. The film is set in the wilderness of Lapland in Northern Finland and follows a solitary gold prospector who attempts to secure his gold from a Nazi death squad. The movie, which premiered at last year’s Toronto International Film Festival, opened in Finnish theaters in January and is being released in U.S. theaters nationwide this weekend by Lionsgate.
