Lakeshore Records will release a soundtrack album for the Hulu limited series The Girl from Plainville. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Leopold Ross (The Book of Eli, Triple 9, Dispatches from Elsewhere, Broken City) & Nick Chuba (Operation Varsity Blues, Dr. Death). The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, May 13 and will be available to stream/download here. The Girl from Plainville is created by Liz Hannah & Patrick Macmanus based on Jesse Barron’s Esquire article of the same name and stars Elle Fanning, Colton Ryan, Chloë Sevigny, Kai Lennox, Cara Buono and Norbert Leo Butz. The drama is inspired by the true story of Michelle Carter’s unprecedented “texting-suicide” case and explores the events that led to Conrad Roy III’s death. The show’s final episode just premiered last week and the full series is now available to stream on Hulu.
