Kaleido Sound has announced a soundtrack album for the Australian sci-fi action movie Occupation: Rainfall. The album features the film’s original music composed by Frederik Wiedmann (The Dragon Prince, Field of Lost Shoes, Green Lantern: The Animated Series, Hangman, Doom: Annihilation). The soundtrack will be released digitally next Friday, June 11 and is now available for pre-order on iTunes/Apple Music. Occupation: Rainfall is written and directed by Luke Sparke and stars Dan Ewing, Temuera Morrison, Ken Jeong, Daniel Gillies, Dena Kaplan, Mark Coles Smith, Jet Tranter, Lawrence Makoare, David Roberts, Vince Colosimo, Zac Garred, Trystan Go, as well as Jason Isaacs as the voice of Steve the Alien. The sequel to Sparke’s original 2018 Occupation film picks up two years into an intergalactic invasion of Earth where survivors are fighting back in a desperate ground war. The movie, which opened in Australian theaters earlier this year, will be released in select U.S. theaters and on VOD on June 11 by Saban Films.
