The details of the first soundtrack album for the Netflix original series The One have been revealed. The album features selections of the original music from the show’s first season composed by Ian Arber (Medici, My Name Is Lenny, I Am Bolt) & Blur drummer Dave Rowntree (The Capture, After the Screaming Stops, White Island). Imogen Heap is featured as a vocalist on several tracks. The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, March 26 by Lakeshore Records and will be available to stream/download here. The One is created by Howard Overman based on John Marrs’ novel and stars Hannah Ware, Dimitri Leonidas, Amir El-Masry, Wilf Scolding, Stephen Campbell, Diarmaid Murtagh, Lois Chimimba, Pallavi Sharda, Eric Kofi-Abrefa, Zoë Tapper and Gregg Chillin. The sci-fi drama centers on a DNA researcher who helps discover a way to find the perfect partner, and creates a bold new matchmaking service. The series premiered earlier this month and is now available to stream exclusively on Netflix.
