Trent Reznor, Atticus Ross & Jon Batiste have won the Golden Globe Award in the Original Score category for Pixar’s animated feature Soul. Reznor & Ross have previously received their first Golden Globe for David Fincher’s The Social Network and were also nominated this year for their music for Fincher’s Mank. The other composers nominated in the Best Original Score category were Ludwig Göransson (Tenet), Alexandre Desplat (The Midnight Sky) and James Newton Howard (News of the World). In the Original Song category, Diane Warren, Laura Pausini & Niccolo Agliardi won the award for the song Io Si (Seen) from Eduardo Ponti’s The Life Ahead.
