Ludovico Einaudi (The Intouchables, This Is England, Samba) has composed the music for the upcoming drama The Father. The film is directed by Florian Zeller and stars Anthony Hopkins, Olivia Colman, Mark Gatiss, Imogen Poots, Rufus Sewell and Olivia Williams. Zeller also co-wrote the screenplay with Christopher Hampton (Atonement, Dangerous Liaisons). Philippe Carcassonne (Coco Before Chanel, Adore), Jean-Louis Livi (Wild Grass) and David Parfitt (Shakespeare in Love, My Week with Marilyn) are producing the project. The Father will premiere later this month at the 2020 Sundance Film Festival.

All a matter of preference but I think the one in the film which is interpreted by Andreas Scholl is its best interpretation and his abrupt pauses in between words in the film part are my favourites: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yfDbOu_zUNg
