Plaza Mayor Company will release a soundtrack album for the Italian thriller Into the Labyrinth (L’uomo del labirinto). The album features the film’s original music composed by Vito Lo Re (The Girl in the Fog) who recorded his score with the Bulgarian National Radio Symphony Orchestra. The soundtrack will be released digitally on October 25 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Into the Labyrinth is directed by Donato Carrisi and stars Dustin Hoffman, Tony Servillo, Valentina Bellè, Katsiaryna Shulha, Vinicio Marchioni and Riccardo Cicogna. The movie is based on Carrisi’s own novel and revolves around a woman who with the help of a doctor and special investigator tries to recall the circumstances of her abduction and imprisonment. The thriller will be released in Italian theaters later this month. No word yet on a domestic release.
