Milan Music will release a soundtrack album for the psychological thriller Stockholm. The album features the film’s original music composed by Steve London (Born to Be Blue). The soundtrack will be released digitally on April 12 and will be available to download here. Stockholm is written and directed by Robert Budreau and stars Ethan Hawke, Noomi Rapace, Mark Strong, Christopher Heyerdahl, Bea Santos and Thorbjorn Harr. The movie is based on the true story of a 1973 bank heist and hostage crisis in Stockholm, during which hostages bonded with their captors and turned against the authorities, giving rise to the psychological phenomenon known as Stockholm Syndrome. The thriller premiered at last year’s Tribeca Film Festival and will be released in select theaters on April 12 by Smith Global Media.
