Disasterpeace (aka Rich Vreeland) (It Follows) has recently composed the music for the upcoming Netflix original movie Triple Frontier. The film is directed by J.C. Chandor (Margin Call, All Is Lost, A Most Violent Year) and stars Ben Affleck, Oscar Isaac, Charlie Hunnam, Garrett Hedlund and Pedro Pascal. The movie follows a group of former special ops soldiers who reunite for a high-stakes heist: stealing $75 million from a South American drug lord. Chandor also co-wrote the screenplay with Mark Boal (Zero Dark Thirty, The Hurt Locker). Charles Roven (The Dark Knight, Wonder Woman), Alex Gartner (Get Smart, Warcraft) and Andy Horwitz are producing the project. Triple Frontier will be released on March 13, 2019 in select theaters and on Netflix.
Vreeland is also attached to score the Mexican thriller The Hole in the Fence. He also composed the music for David Cameron Mitchell’s Under the Silver Lake, which premiered at last year’s Cannes Film Festival and will arrive in U.S. theaters on April 19.
