Back Lot Music has released a soundtrack EP for DreamWorks Animation’s short Bilby. The EP features the film’s original music composed by Grammy Award and Golden Globe nominee Benjamin Wallfisch (It, Blade Runner 2049, Hidden Figures, Annabelle Creation, Lights Out). The soundtrack is now available to download on Amazon, where you can also check out audio samples. Bilby is directed by Liron Topaz, Pierre Perifel & JP Sans and follows a lonesome Bilby who, threatened daily by the deadly residents and harsh environment of Australia’s Outback, finds himself an unwitting protector, and unexpected friend, to a helpless baby bird. The film has recently been shortlisted in the Animated Short category for this year’s Academy Awards.
