Lisbeth Scott has signed on to score the upcoming Lifetime original movie Somebody’s Someone: The Regina Louise Story. The film is directed by Janice Cooke and stars Angela Fairley, Ginnifer Goodwin, Monique Coleman, Sherri Saum and Kim Hawthorne. The drama is based on a memoir about Regina Louise, a young African-American girl who navigated over 30 foster homes and psychiatric facilities before age 18, and the one woman who believed in her. Camille Thomasson wrote the teleplay. Goodwin is also executive producing the project with Howard Braunstein (The Informant!) and Yvonne Chotzen (The Rosa Parks Story). Somebody’s Some will premiere in 2019 on Lifetime.
As previously reported, Scott (Tumble Leaf, Caroline & Jackie) also has the the drama Justine starring Stephanie Turner & Darby Stanchfield coming up.
