Moby has contributed several new songs to the comedy Half Magic. The film marks the directorial debut of actress Heather Graham who also stars in the movie alongside Angela Kinsey, Stephanie Beatriz, Jason Lewis, Thomas Lennon, Chris D’Elia, Molly Shannon and Johnny Knoxville. The movie also features additional music by David Schommer, composer Alex Wurman (March of the Penguins, Anchorman) and singer/songwriter Holly Miranda. Half Magic follows three women who use their newly formed sisterhood to fight against sexism, bad relationships and low self-esteem. The comedy will be released in select theaters and on VOD this Friday, February 23 by Momentum Pictures.

Any idea if and when the soundtrack will be released? OSTs usually precede the movie but I cannot find any trace of it.

I really love that song “I Got the Light” by Moby; I hope it ends up being released. I’m obsessed with that song. It’s so upbeat; a perfect song to help get one through a pandemic
