Lakeshore Records has announced a soundtrack album for the documentary Dolores. The album features the film’s original music composed by Mark Kilian (Pitch Perfect, Tsotsi, Eye in the Sky, Traitor, Rendition). The soundtrack will be released digitally on November 17, 2017 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Dolores is directed by Peter Bratt and centers on Dolores Huerta, the advocate who founded the National Farmworkers Association but is often forgotten in the shadow of co-founder Cesar Chavez. The Carlos Santana-produced documentary premiered at this year’s Sundance Film Festival, where it screened in the U.S. Documentary Competition, and was released in select theaters this past September by PBS. The movie will have its broadcast premiere on PBS in 2018. Visit the official movie website to learn more about the film.
