Lin-Manuel Miranda has recorded a new version of The Magic School Bus theme song for the upcoming Netflix original series The Magic School Bus Rides Again. The track was written by Peter Lurye and performed by Little Richard for the hit show from the 90s. Listen to the cover featured in the trailer for the new reboot after the jump. The animated show features the voices of Kate McKinnon, Miles Koseleci-Vieira, Lynsey Pham & Lily Tomlin and follows Ms. Frizzle’s kid sister Fiona as she takes the wheel at Walkerville Elementary. The Magic School Bus Rides Again will premiere on September 29, 2017 on Netflix.
