Sony Masterworks will release a soundtrack album for Simon Curtis’ biographical drama Goodbye Christopher Robin starring Domhnall Gleeson, Margot Robbie, Will Tilston, Kelly Macdonald, Phoebe Waller-Bridge and Alex Lawther. The album features the film’s original music composed by Academy Award nominee Carter Burwell (Carol, Fargo, Twilight, In Bruges). The soundtrack will be released on October 13, 2017 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon The movie, which focuses on the relationship between Winnie the Poohcreator A.A. Milne and his son Robin, will be released on the same day by Fox Searchlight. The label will also release the official soundtrack album for Brett Morgen’s documentary Jane, which reconstitutes 50-year-old National Geographic footage into a poetic look at primatologist Jane Goodall. he album features the film’s original music composed by Academy Award nominee Philip Glass (The Hours, Notes on a Scandal, Kundun). The soundtrack is set to be released on October 6 and can be pre-ordered on Amazon. The documentary will premiere next month at the Toronto Film Festival.
