Premiering on Friday, December 23, is DreamWorks Animation’s Netflix original series Trollhunters created by Guillermo del Toro and featuring the voices of Anton Yelchin, Kelsey Grammer, Ron Perlman, Charlie Saxton, Steven Yeun, Jonathan Hyde, Lexi Medrano, Amy Landecker and Fred Tatasciore. Alexandre Desplat (The Grand Budapest Hotel, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, The King’s Speech) has composed the show’s main titles music, as well as the main character theme and Tim Davies has composed the series’ score. Also premiering on Friday is the sci-fi series Travelers created by Brad Wright and starring Eric McCormack, MacKenzie Porter, Jared Abrahamson, J. Alex Brinson, Nesta Cooper, Reilly Dolman, Patrick Gilmore, Arnold Pinnock, Dylan Playfair and Ian Tracey. The show’s original music is composed by Adam Lastiwka. The drama is set hundreds of years from now when the last surviving humans discover the means of sending consciousness back through time, directly into people in the 21st century. The series premiered earlier this year in Canada and Showcase and will have its U.S. premiere on December 23 on Netflix.
