Vince Pope is currently scoring the upcoming BBC mini-series Undercover. The 6-parter is created by Peter Moffat (Silk, Criminal Justice) and stars Sophie Okonedo, Adrian Lester and Dennis Haysbert. The political thriller follows a woman who is about to become the first black woman to hold the highest ranking public prosecutor role in England. Hilary Salmon (Silent Witness, London Spy) is executive producing the project and James Hawes (The Challenger Disaster, Enid) is directing the show. Pope has previously composed the music for Moffat’s Channel 4 series No Offence. His other scoring credits include The Bad Education Movie and Channel 4‘s Misfits. Undercover will premiere later this year in the UK on BBC and in the U.S. on BBC America.
