Premiering on Saturday, May 9 on Lifetime is the indie drama Stockholm, Pennsylvania written and directed by Nikole Beckwith and starring Saoirse Ronan, Cynthia Nixon, Jason Isaacs and David Warshofsky. Nora Kroll-Rosenbaum has composed the film’s original music. Pennsylvania, Stockholm follows a young woman is returned home to her biological parents after living with her abductor for 17 years. Missing from last week’s TV music roundup was the Lifetime original movie Cleveland Abduction directed by Alex Kalymnios, executive produced by Judith Verno & Frank von Zerneck and starring Taryn Manning, Raymond Cruz, Samantha Droke, Katie Sarife, Pam Grier and Joe Morton. The film’s original music is composed by Tony Morales (Scorpion, Bloodline, The Bag Man, Hatfields & McCoys). Cleveland Abduction tells the true story of Michelle Knight, a 21-year-old single mom whose life was irrevocably changed by a chance encounter with an unsuspected criminal.
