Missing from last week’s roundup was the new Fox drama Rake created by Peter Duncan and starring Greg Kinnear, Miranda Otto, John Ortiz, Necar Zadegan, Bojana Novakovic, Tara Summers, David Harbour, Ian Colletti and Omar Dorsey. The show’s original score is composed by Patric Caird (Wildfire, Stephen King’s Dead Zone). Rake follows the chaotic and comedic life of a brilliant, but self-destructive criminal defense lawyer. The series is executive produced by Duncan, as well as Peter Tolan, Michael Wimer, Richard Roxburgh, Ian Collie and Sam Raimi who has directed the pilot episode. The show premiered on January 23 and will air every Thursday night on Fox. Visit the official show website for updates on the drama.
